　　Objective Background The aim of this study was to establish a composite pig model with sepsis and ischemic acute kidney injury (AKI),and to investigate the differences in serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) and proinflammatory cytokines in septic and non-septic AKI.
