GM-CSF gene and SS gene contained hepatitis B surface antigen were cloned to multiple cloning site (MCS) A and B of pIRES plasmid by genetic engineering.Co-expression gene vaccine of GM-CSF gene and SS gene was constructed (pIRES-GM-CSF/2SS).Expression of GMCSF gene and 2SS gene of pIRES-GM-CSF/2SS were detected by RTPCR.Expression of GM-CSF protein and 2SS protein of pIRES-GMCSF/ 2SS were detected by Western-blotting.
