　　The study of traffic flow is very complex and depends on the interactions of a large number of vehicles on networks which can be studied using multi-dimensional models.In this study,we propose a two-dimensional lattice hydrodynamics model to take into account passing effect.We examine the effect of passing analytically and numerically on traffic network.
