Background To explore the relationship between different HDL subfraction concentration and coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods A total of 90 consecutively hospitalized individuals who had received coronary angiography (CAG) and a total of 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled.The baseline clinical characteristics including traditional risk factors of CAD were collected,and the HDL Lipoprint System was used for lipid subfraction quantification.
