Objective Varian ix Accelerator On Board Imager(OBI)ofpelvic tumor precise radiotherapy positioning error,putting the calculation of CTV to PTV boundary(MPTV),provide a reference forclinicaldata．Methods The subjects of conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy of 15 cases of pelvic cancer patients studied,146 for the first time anyway,to get after the CBCT data,measured in patients with left and nght(X),head and feet(Y),before and after the(Z)3 the direction of the linear error and respectively X,Y,Z axis to form the corresponding U,V,W rotation errors,online error correction anyway,and record the error values．Statistics before and after correction of the error data,using the two-parameter method to calculate the CTV to PTV of putting the border(MPTV)．
