Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been widely used in the analysis of various samples, especially large biomolecule.However, it still suffers from the poor detection because of the limited optical path.Therefore, the pre-concentration of samples is significant for CE analysis, and up till now various methods have been developed, such as sample stacking effect, sweeping, sample zone sharpening and so on.
