Background: There are two major problems to be solved in the hyperthermia treatment on the tumor with the microwave exposure.The microwave energy needs to be precisely focused into the center of the tumor to generate enough temperature rise.

目的:作为基层医院的外科医师,每年要救治大量的外伤病人,救治的成功率因每家医院综合条件、专科手术水平、医护人员素质等而各有不同.通过对我院外科医护人员的随机问卷调查发现,大部分医护人员只关注专科手术的水平,不关心病人外伤疼痛的陈述,使临床疼痛不能有效控制.其实疼痛不仅给患者带来痛苦,还可能导致严重的心理和生理损伤,增加并发症的发生率,延长恢复时间,增加医疗费用.
1.病例与资料患者男性58岁,主因颈椎间盘突出症经疼痛门诊入院,术前血常规、血沉和CRP(C反应蛋白)正常.2012年4月17日行等离子颈椎盘内介入治疗.治疗后当天高热、大汗、颈部剧烈疼痛.2.实验室检查血常规:WBC1.8 (4.0-10.0) 109/L,中性分类90.8 (51-75)%,血沉最高64 (0-15) mm/h,CRP最高80.47(≤10) mg/L.颈椎核磁检查支持颈椎间隙
目的:观察生大黄敷脐结合耳穴压丸预防阿片类药物所致便秘的临床效果.方法:102例应用阿片类药物的患者按随机数字表分为预防组和对照组,预防组51例,对照组51例.对照组只给予饮食、运动、腹部按摩等一般指导,未服用通便药预防便秘.预防组除一般指导外同时予耳穴贴压加生大黄敷脐,10天一个疗程.(1)耳穴贴压法:主穴取直肠、大肠、交感,配穴取脾、胃2穴;在患者耳廓找到相应穴位,将王不留行籽用胶布固定在穴,
