热障涂层的失效对于热障涂层系统在工业上的广泛应用是一个关键问题,引发热障涂层失效的因素有很多,热膨胀系数不匹配、金属基底的粗糙度、陶瓷层和粘结层内表面的氧化和腐蚀、陶瓷层和粘结层的烧结及化学反应、陶瓷涂层的相变等.在热循环过程中,伴随着相变所产生的体积膨胀而引发的应力是一个决定TBC寿命的关键因素.因此本研究的重点是采用稀土荧光这种新型无损检测技术检测热循环过程中的8YSZ陶瓷顶层的相变问题.
