铸造耐磨铝合金的研究

本文研究了铸造自润滑耐磨铝合金的化学成份,合金组织中初晶硅的细化变质工艺及其影响因素,确定了变质工艺的最佳参数.还详尽研究了Mg_2Si相的选择腐蚀过程,确定以重铬酸钾混合溶液的腐蚀效果最好.对比几种铝合金的耐磨性,可以看出,新研究的合金是一种有可能用于全铝汽缸的新材料. In this paper, the chemical composition of the cast self-lubricating wear-resistant aluminum alloy, the refining process of the primary silicon in the alloy and its influencing factors were studied, the optimum parameters of the metamorphic process were determined, the selective corrosion process of the Mg_2Si phase was also studied in detail, It is confirmed that the corrosion effect of mixed solution of potassium dichromate is the best.Comparing the wear resistance of several aluminum alloys, it can be seen that the new alloy is a new material that may be used in all-aluminum cylinder.
