该文根据区域综合治理与开发信息管理的需要，面向生产，根据系统性、科学性、实用性、可操作性、通用性原则，在分析区域数据类型的基础上，对区域综合治理与开发空间信息系统进行了设计。系统在功能上包括图形图像管理、属性数据库管理、数据地形模型、规划决策、典型工程设计、评价调控、应用模型等模块；在结构上，可根据不同目的按行政区域、职能部门或流域进行信息管理。
According to the need of comprehensive regional management and development information management, this article aims at production, and according to the principle of systematization, scientificity, practicability, operability and universality, on the basis of analyzing the types of regional data, The information system is designed.
