The research aimed at optimizing the conditions of pretreatment of wheat straw and of enzymatic hydrolysis of the cellulose(ethanol pulp).The ethanol pulping process involving acid-catalytic and enzymatic hydrolysis were evaluated for bioconversion of wheat straw to glucose.
