  Owing to that reactive oxygen species(ROS)only has a 40 ns half-life and a 20-nanometer effective radius,in this paper,we are trying to develop a novel strategy to increase the efficiency of photodynamic therapy by generating ROS at a certain active site in subcellular scale,and to address the unclear issue on how photodynamic efficacy is determined by instant ROS production and illumination time.
