为适应宝山钢铁股份有限公司四号高炉先进的控制和操作要求,满足新一代自动化生产的需要,宝钢自主集成开发了高炉三电控制系统。本文重点阐述了四高炉过程控制系统的设计与实现过程,并对高炉计算机过程控制系统的应用功能进行了简要介绍,最后对系统开发中存在的不足进行了客观总结,提出了今后努力的方向。
In order to meet the advanced control and operation requirements of No. 4 blast furnace of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and to meet the needs of a new generation of automated production, Baosteel independently developed and developed a three-electric control system for the blast furnace. This article focuses on the design and implementation process of the four blast furnace process control system, and introduces the application function of the blast furnace computer process control system briefly. Finally, it summarizes the shortcomings in the system development and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
