Nowadays legal practitioners are often plagued with acquiring information from numerous legal documents,so this research aims at building a model of intelligent information screen in Chinese judicial discourse.To this end,the current research attempts to answer the following three questions: 1.As people may have diverse information needs when reading Chinese judicial discourses,is it possible that a shared cognitive mechanism of information seeking in Chinese judicial discourse can be established? If yes,what is the configuration of this mechanism? 2.What linguistic features can help people to recognize the information they seek? 3.How should we formalize the cognitive mechanism and linguistic features?
