本文就企业在扩张发展力度不断加大、对外投资活动日益增多、地域跨度越来越大的情况下,如何通过加强企业法制建设,建构法律风险防范体系,加强对企业法律风险的防范、规避、控制和化解,实现企业经营收益最大化,法律风险最小化,促进企业做实、做强,做大,实现可持续发展,进行了深入研究和探讨。对贯彻落实科学发展观,提高企业发展质量具有一定的指导意义。
