重要活性天然化合物的发现与研究

我们研究小组在长期研究中发现了大量活性天然化合物,多数化合物结构新颖、多样化、普遍具有高度复杂的稠多环结构1-3.近三年来,通过对40余种药用植物进行系统的化学成分研究,获得了600多个化合物,300余个为新化合物,特别是发现了多种新骨架类型和具有重要活性的天然化合物,例如化合物1-6.通过波谱方法、化学转化、全合成等联合运用,确定了这些化合物的结构.生物活性筛选表明,一些新化合物具有重要的生物活性,包括抗疟疾、抗肿瘤、抗幽门螺旋杆菌和免疫抑制和抗艾滋病等4-8.
