未来世界的竞争是教育的竞争、人才的竞争。推动教育事业发展的主体——教师承担这神圣的历史使命。要培养造就二十一世纪高质量、高规格的人才,就必须建立一支高品质、高素质的教师队伍。而教师队伍的建设的核心是教师,教师的心理健康状况决定了教师的心理素质。因此,加强教师心理健康建设工作是时代的需要,是全面推进素质教育,深化教师队伍建设的关键。当前,许多幼儿教师的心理已处在亚健康状态。幼儿园德育管理工作中,要加大对教师心理工作的指导。做到"放下架子,蹲下身子"去听老师的心声,及时观察到教师的思想动态,努力疏导教师心理压力和困惑,及时为老师排疑解惑,在德育管理中,采用更科学、更贴切的方法,才能真正实效的改变教师心理亚健康状态,才会挖掘出无穷的动力。
