遮帘式板桩结构作为一种新型的结构形式已经成功应用到了京唐港区等码头工程,但其设计理论及计算方法尚不成熟。遮帘桩长度是遮帘式板桩码头结构设计的关键参数。以板桩与遮帘桩间土体为研究对象,根据极限平衡理论提出遮帘桩有效长度的计算方法,并给出设计长度的取值方法。结合唐港#32码头遮帘桩工程,采用ANSYS对不同桩长的遮帘桩进行了数值分析,获得了遮帘桩桩长对板桩、遮帘桩的受力以及土体水平位移的影响,验证了本文遮帘桩有效长度计算方法的正确。根据工程设计安全性及经济性的原则,建议遮帘长度取值与板桩等长。
As a new type of structure, the curtain-type sheet pile structure has been successfully applied to the wharf project such as Jingtang Port Area, but its design theory and calculation method are not yet mature. The length of the blinds is a key parameter in the structural design of the blind piled wharf. Taking the soil between the sheet piles and the blinds as the research object, the calculation method of the effective length of the blind piles is proposed according to the theory of limit equilibrium, and the method of calculating the design length is given. Combined with the project of the roof shade curtain of # 32 terminal in Tang Port, the numerical analysis of the blind piles with different pile lengths was carried out by ANSYS, and the influence of the length of the blind piles on the force of sheet piles and blind piles and the horizontal displacement of the soil piles were obtained. , Which verifies the correctness of the method for calculating the effective length of the blinds in this paper. According to the principle of engineering design safety and economy, it is suggested that the length of blinds should be equal to that of sheet piles.
