Purpose Vascular pancreatic neoplasms occur in 0.1％ of all focal pancreatic lesions.It usually manifests in childhood and its arising in adults is extremely rare.The differential diagnosis of this tumor is often very difficult.In this case diagnostic laparoscopy is very useful and feasible.But laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection has been reported to be the rare procedure.
