目的：探讨器官移植术后肺部感染临床特点,提高其诊疗水平.方法：回顾分析24例实体器官移植术后肺部感染的临床资料.结果：24例患者中20治愈,其中2例移植肾切除,2例移植肾功能减退,4例因呼吸衰竭死亡.病原体主要有细菌、病毒、真菌、结核杆菌、支原体、衣原体等,多为混合感染.结论：器官移植术后肺部感染早期临床症状、体征不典型,因此临床应加强对器官移植术后肺部感染的认识,早期诊断,及时有效的综合治疗是降
