在全球穆斯林人口的快速增长与经济全球化的背景下,清真食品巨大的市场规模与不断完善的产业链均对相关的消费者和生产者带来了机遇与挑战。在对全球主要清真食品市场分析的基础上,本文指出全球清真食品市场发展的一个关键领域是较富裕的穆斯林和非穆斯林消费者寻求更多元化的获得清真认证的产品。一方面不断增长的穆斯林人口扩大了清真食品的目标市场,另一方面非穆斯林消费者基于道德和安全等因素扩大了清真食品在新兴市场的份额。但与此同时,在主要穆斯林国家国民收入增长的背景下,消费者对于清真食品差异化的需求仍未得到满足,清真食品认证体系的“碎片化”与全球清真食品统一标准的缺失都制约着清真食品全球产业链与贸易体系的形成和发展。最后,本文从宏观的角度对宁夏布局清真产业提出了若干建议。
Against the backdrop of the rapid growth of the Muslim population in the world and economic globalization, the huge market size of halal food products and the continuous improvement of the industrial chain have brought opportunities and challenges to the relevant consumers and producers. Based on an analysis of the world’s major halal food markets, the paper points out that a key area for the development of the global halal market is the search for more diversified halal-certified products by wealthier Muslim and non-Muslim consumers. On the one hand, the growing Muslim population has expanded the target market for halal food, while on the other hand, non-Muslim consumers have expanded their share of emerging markets in emerging markets based on such factors as morality and security. However, at the same time, consumers’ dissatisfaction with the demand for halal food remains unmet in the context of the growth of national income in major Muslim countries. Both the “fragmentation” of the halal certification system and the absence of a uniform standard for halal food Restricts the formation and development of the global industrial chain and trading system of halal food. Finally, this article put forward some suggestions on the layout of halal industry in Ningxia from a macro perspective.
