Glyphosate is one of the most widely used non-selective herbicide worldwide, and it can be metabolized in the environment primarily into aminomethylphosphonic acid(AMPA).Although glyphosate is non-persistent pesticide,large-scale spraying this pesticide may lead to high levels of residues left on crops, thus posing unnegligible threat to humans and animals. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a reliable analytical method to monitor the level of glyphosate and AMPA in agricultural products.
