Enzymetic extraction of microorganisms oil is a new oil processing method.In the case of oil extraction process,two advantages are offered by this field:higher extraction rate and higher quality of the oil [1].Enzymatic processing is better than conventional processes of oil extraction not only in the respects of economy,environment and safety.But also reclaiming the other nutritive materials effectively at the same time in the oil extracted processing [2].In the thesis the raw material is microorganisms and they are hydrolyzed by cellulose,neutral protease and alkali protease respectively.The optimum condition of extraction oil by cellulose and the optimum technology parameters are as follows :hydrolysis temperature 50℃,PH 6,extraction rate of oil is higher.The optimum condition of extraction oil by neutral protease and the optimum technology parameters as follows:temperature 42℃,PH 7.The optimum condition of extraction oil by alkali protease and the optimum technology parameters are as follows :temperature 38℃,PH 8.0-9.0,concentration 10000 IU/g.alkali protease is better than neutral protease.The best oil yield is between 50% and 60%.In order to improve these yields,tween 20 was added.The totel oil is enhanced by 5-8%.GC-MS analysis shows that tween 20 can promote enzymatic hydrolysis,but it is for nothing in composition.
