Background: To analyze the clinical effects in patients with AD who underwent ASIT.Methods: 69 patients with AD sensitized to HDM were enrolled.58 patients were treated with ASIT and 11 controls received only symptomatic treatment.The disease activity and serum IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ, TGF-β 1,t-IgE, s-IgE and s-IgG4 were measured before and after 2 years of therapy.

1、病例资料患者女,55岁,因"左唇上部结节、破溃6年余"来诊.患者6年前于左唇上部出现一"黑痣",自行用电池液涂抹,后出现接触部位皮肤破溃、流脓,伴灼痛感,经治疗后皮损反复不愈合,形成结节.近半年来结节进行性扩大,质硬,出现溃疡,边缘隆起.遂至当地医院行皮损切除治疗.

目的 探讨面部播散性粟粒性狼疮临床特点方法选取我院近期患者1例.患者,女,41岁,因面部皮疹1月余于我院门诊就诊.患者自1月余前无明显诱因下,面部(自额、颊部)陆续发出粟粒大小暗红色皮疹,质地柔软,皮疹逐渐弥漫至下颌,部分融合成片,无自觉症状.
目的 总结彩超定位下,应用平阳霉素(PYm)瘤内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤(混合型血管瘤)的疗效.方法 选取我科自201 1年1 0月至2013年5月,采用彩超定位下,瘤腔内注射平阳霉素治疗婴幼儿2400例.男性1000例,女性1400例,年龄1个月-12岁,其中6个月内1600例,7天注射一次,5-10次为一个疗程.
