Layered GdBaCo2-xMoxO5-δ (0≤x≤0.2) complex oxides were synthesized by EDTA-citrate method.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the microstructure and morphology of the GdBaCo2-xMoxO5-δ powders,and electrochemical measurements and impedance are employed to analyze electrical characteristics of the powders as cathodes for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFCs).
