Objectives To analysis the effect of milrinone on cor pulmonale with heart failure.Methods 212 patients with cor pulmonale with heart failure were separated into 2 groups randomly: 106 patients of control group were treated with routine therapy, while on this basis, 106 patients of treatment group were given milrinone additionally.Symptoms and signs of heart failure, lung function and adverse side effect were observed.
