INTRODUCTION SUPPLYTIME is a form of charter party for the chartering in of tug and offshore service and supply vessels of literally every description under which the tug or other vessel can be placed at the disposal of the charterer for a particular service or range of services for a particular period.It is the most commonly used standard contract in the offshore industry.
