组织合法性是新制度主义理论的重要概念范畴,非营利组织在寻求合法性的过程中,采取一系列的策略性行为,以获得承认与发展。本文采用多个案比较方法,对广东省内四个城市政府购买社会工作服务试点进行比较研究,发现在现行的制度规制框架下,社会工作机构在承接政府合约的过程中出现机构化发展、强制性同型、专业理念让位于合法性需求的趋势。向这种方向发展的非营利组织将会削弱自身的社会认受性。
The legitimacy of the organization is an important conceptual category of the neo-institutionalism theory. Nonprofit organizations take a series of strategic actions in the process of seeking legitimacy to gain recognition and development. In this paper, we compare the pilot programs of purchasing social work service in four cities of Guangdong Province by using a number of case comparison methods. We find that in the framework of the current system regulation, the social work organizations are institutionalized in the process of undertaking government contracts, The same type of professional philosophy to allow the trend of the demand for legitimacy. Nonprofit organizations developing in this direction will undermine their own social acceptability.
