循环长链非编码RNA作为胃癌诊断标志物研究

　　研究表明存在于肿瘤组织中的长链非编码RNA(Iong-noncoding RNA,IncRNA)和患者血液中的循环IncRNA可以作为癌症诊断的标志物分子.我们通过RNA芯片技术检测两组胃癌及癌旁组织中RNA的表达谱,筛选出8条表达差异显著的IncRNA分子,采用实时定量PCR检测其在49例配对的胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,发现其中4条IncRNA分子在胃癌及癌旁组织中表达差异显著,4条IncRNAs联合ROC曲线AUC值为0.976.
