  色谱质谱的在线联用将色谱的分离能力与质谱的定性功能结合起来,实现对复杂混合物更准确的定量和定性分析,同时也简化了样品的前处理过程,使样品分析更简便.LC-MS是目前微量分析最有效的技术之一,在农业科学、药物代谢、临床和法医学、环境分析、天然产物等领域都有广泛的应用.目前色谱级国产试剂质量不够稳定,导致绝大部分科研实验室只能采用进口试剂.实现高纯有机溶剂的自主研发与产业化,对多个学科、多个领域的整体提高具有非常重要的关联推动作用.因此需建立相应的检测方法,以检测国产LC-MS试剂中的杂质含量是否满足液相-质谱联用仪的使用要求.
