针对普光气田储层高温、高含硫、裂缝和溶洞发育的难题,开发出一套以复合有机酸盐为基液,添加高抗硫缓蚀剂、除硫剂、活性剂、消泡剂、增粘降失水剂等组成的适应高含硫气田的新型无固相压井液配方,该配方体系性能优良,但费用偏高。利用无固相压井液可回收再利用的特性,充分发挥普光气田入井液相互转换的特点,完成大湾区块四口井无固相压井液的循环配制。节约材料总量达到595.025t,节能率高达46.7%;节约资金总量达到1062.25334万元,资金节约率高达44.9%。在保证高含硫气田压井过程中施工安全的同时,可避免大量材料与资金浪费,最大化的实现施工安全与节能环保双重目的。

The total amount of materials saved reached 595.025t, the energy saving rate was as high as 46.7%, the total amount of funds saved was 10,625,334,400 yuan, and the capital saving rate was as high as 44.9%. While ensuring the construction safety during the process of killing high-sulfur gas fields, a great deal of material and capital can be avoided to avoid the double purpose of construction safety and energy conservation and environmental protection.
