农业保险是分散和降低农业风险的重要途径之一,也是农业支持保护体系的重要组成部分。目前农业保险虽然个别地方在推行,但远远不能满足新农村建设的需要。广东省F市大力发展现代农业园区、打造畜牧业中心、做大做强农特产品,必须重视农业保险以及其他农村保险。否则由于生产、生活的风险存在,土地流转将受限制,现代农业的发展也将受到限制。F市凭借现有优势,大力发展农业农村保险,为农业农村发展建立起一个风险抗衡机制。
