四川天然气管道总长1414 km,担负西南三省的工业和民用输气任务。近年来因管道腐蚀而爆管的事故不断发生,造成巨大的经济损失和环境污染。通过对大量管道事故的分析研究,指出大部分管道爆管事故是由硫化物应力腐蚀造成的,而导致管道应力腐蚀破坏最主要的因素是硫化氢浓度、管道内含水和管道压力。针对造成事故的原因,采取了行之有效的控制措施,抑制了不同类型的应力腐蚀,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The total length of natural gas pipelines in Sichuan is 1414 km, which is responsible for the industrial and civil gas transmission projects in three provinces in southwest China. In recent years, due to pipe corrosion and burst pipe accidents continue to occur, resulting in huge economic losses and environmental pollution. Based on the analysis of a large number of pipeline accidents, it is pointed out that most of the pipeline explosion accidents are caused by sulfide stress corrosion. The most important factors that lead to the stress corrosion damage of the pipeline are the concentration of hydrogen sulfide, the water content in the pipeline and the pipeline pressure. In view of the cause of the accident, effective control measures have been taken to restrain different types of stress corrosion and achieve good economic and social benefits.
