采用水泥固化流塑态黏土(SDF)作为围海垦地的填料,可有效解决环境污染和资源短缺问题,实现资源环境的可持续发展。目前,水泥固化黏土的基本强度特性还没有统一的定论。本文基于室内试验,测定了不同配合比条件下SDF无侧限抗压强度,分别研究了水泥剂量Aw和水灰比W/Aw参数对SDF强度特性的影响。试验结果表明:当Aw较低时,强度随Aw呈非线性增长,随着Aw的增加,其变化曲线逐渐向线性转变;不同类型土,其强度随Aw的变化曲线由非线性向线性转变的临界点不一致;W/Aw对不同类型SDF强度的影响程度不一致;归一化方法可部分消除黏土类型等因素变化引起的强度变异。
The use of cement-solidified flowable clay (SDF) as a filler in the reclamation of reclamation land can effectively solve the problems of environmental pollution and resource shortage and realize the sustainable development of resources and environment. Based on the laboratory tests, the unconfined compressive strengths of SDF were measured under different mixing ratios. The normalization method can partially eliminate the intensity variation caused by the change of clay type and other factors.
