考察了氙灯人工气候老化对E玻璃纤维/乙烯基酯树脂复合材料性能的影响。采用静力学性能试验研究了老化对复合材料强度的影响;采用DMA分析了老化对复合材料储能模量和损耗模量、Tg、损耗因子tanδ的影响;采用FTIR分析了纯树脂和复合材料老化后的吸收峰和峰强的变化;采用SEM分析了老化对其损伤的影响、及损伤和疲劳应力间的关系。发现,氙灯人工气候老化的主要影响因素是紫外辐射;纤维促进了树脂基体的交联和降解。
The effect of artificial climate aging of Xenon lamp on the properties of E glass fiber / vinyl ester resin composites was investigated. The effect of aging on the strength of composites was studied by statics test. The effect of aging on the storage modulus, loss modulus, Tg and tanδ of composites was analyzed by DMA. The aging of pure resin and composites was analyzed by FTIR And the change of peak absorption and peak intensity. The effect of aging on the damage and the relationship between damage and fatigue stress were analyzed by SEM. It was found that the main factor affecting artificial weathering of xenon lamp was UV radiation; the fiber promoted the crosslinking and degradation of resin matrix.
