Objective: To assess retrospectively the safety of two main regimens(fludarabine-based and doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine,prednisone (CHOP)-like regimens) to indolent lymphoma.Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 107 patients with previously untreated indolent lymphoma treated consecutively at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital and Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2007 to August 2012.Ml patients were diagnosed by biopsy specimens and immunophenotypical analysis according to WHO criteria for indolent lymphoma.A total of37 patients were diagnosed with follicular lymphoma, 33 with small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia,and 37 with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.All patients received four to eight cycles of chemotherapy.
