  At 13∶11∶18 UTC on December 14 2013, the Chang'E-3 (CE-3) spacecraft landed in the Eratosthenian basalts in northern Mare Imbrium.The landing site is near the eastern boundary of the Eratosthenian basalts and ~9 km north to the site is pre-Eratosthenian low-Ti basalts.
