目的:运用品管圈质量改进工具,提高不育症患者睾丸附睾穿刺满意度.方法:2013年5月至2013年12月,我科以"提高不育症患者睾丸附睾穿刺满意度"为主题,开展为期7个月的品管圈活动.结果:睾丸附睾穿刺患者满意度由实施品管圈方案前的90.80％升高至实施后的96.20％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:开展品管圈活动,能够提升不育症患者睾丸附睾穿刺满意度,营造员工团队合作及学习的环境,提高
