The rational design of theranostic nanoparticles exhibiting synergistic turn-on of therapeutic potency and real-time monitoring of the release of anticancer drugs in response to tumor milieu is critical for efficient personalized cancer therapy.[1-3] Herein,we report the proposal and development of a novel versatile nanoparticles for real-time monitoring of NIR-triggered drug release by using simultaneous temperature and Eu(Ⅲ)luminescence(Fig.1).
