目的 了解某手足外科医院医院感染现状、抗菌药物使用情况及存在的问题，为医院感染预防与控制提供依据。方法 采用床旁调查和运行病历调查的方法进行医院感染现患率的调查。根据《医院感染诊断标准(试行)》对医院感染的病例进行诊断。
目的 探讨游离右足第一跖背动脉踇趾腓侧皮瓣的临床应用效果。方法 2013 年8 月采用第一跖背动脉踇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损1 例。 结果 1 例皮瓣成活良好，随访10 个月皮瓣外形满意，质地良好，患指捏持功能正常，供足行走自如。
目的 探讨应用跖肌腱重建喙锁韧带联合钩钢板固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。 方法 2012 年6 月至2013 年12 月,19 例肩锁关节脱位患者应用跖肌腱“V”形重建喙锁韧带联合钩钢板固定。术后随访患者肩关节活动度、Constant-Murley 功能评分、肩关节复位维持情况、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。

目的：探讨外伤性掌指关节缺损的有效治疗方法。方法：自2006 年3 月～2011 年8 月，采用吻合血管的第二足趾关节移植重建手指掌指关节外伤性缺损11 例，其中采用第二趾近趾间关节移植4 例，采用第二趾跖趾关节移植5 例，采用第二趾跖趾关节的半关节移植2 例。根据创伤情况设计移植的关节所携带背侧的皮瓣的面积，关节游离过程中保护好关节囊、伸肌腱键帽、屈肌腱滑车的完整性，同时也要保护好趾固有神经的关
