Arc erosion exists on such tribo-electric contact pairs as high voltage switches and railway pantograph, which will bring serious surface damage including oxidation and materials melting. The characters of arc and the material protection method was reported in this paper. The research was carrayed out on a homemade pin-on-disk tribometer equiped with a high-speed camera. When the Load (P)-Velosity (V)-Current (I) exceeded certain critical conditions, arc could form between the rough sliding surface. The combination, seperation and extinguish of the arc could be observed, and it skippped or jumped along the sliding direction, finally the arc expanded at the moment of leaving sliding surface. Consequntly, material damage showed an uneven distribution along sliding surface. Arc presents pulsating characteristics in sliding process, and this might be the main reason for fluctuation of dyn mic friction and dyn mic current. We suggested that the formation of arc relies on the concentration of stress-current-heat on the rough asperity. To protect the material from arc erosion, Cu/MoS2 and Cu/C composites were developed, it was found that the addation of C second phase can decrease the wear rate and friction coefficient significantly especially under high speed and large current. EDX and 3D imaging showd that the a continuous- selfgenerating-conductive-lubricative C tribofilm formed on the contact surface, which can improve the wear resistanc and conductivity together.

包钢焦化厂6m 焦炉除尘系统采用地面除尘站袋式除尘系统,该系统从投入运行后改善了焦炉的操作环境,但也暴露出一些问题,随着近年来环保形势日益严峻,以及2015 年1 月1 日新修订的史上最严《环保法》开始实施,现有的除尘效果已经不能满足环保要求,必须通过一系列的改进措施来优化除尘设备的运行效果,并达到国家环境标准要求。
布袋作为袋式除尘器的关键部件,对除尘器的使用效果起决定性作用。本文结合包钢干熄焦环境除尘器生产实际,列举了布袋的常用破损形式,并对布袋破损原因进行了分析,同时总结出不停产在线更换破损布袋的检修方法,对干熄焦环境除尘器稳定、高效运行具有一定的参考价值。
本文对比研究了电弧炉炼钢中两类不同装料方案:一类是100%废钢作原料,此类方案中采用了残余铜含量和价格均不同的两种废钢;另一类方案是使用基于铁矿的经还原加工过的含铁原料(本文中被称作纯净铁材料),如高炉铁水、生铁、直接还原铁和热压铁块,对废钢进行部分替换。
运焦系统除尘烟囱冒烟,环保不达标,通过除尘器风道加装挡板,喷吹管找正,吸尘点加装手动插板阀等措施。减少粉尘外溢,符合大气污染物的排放标准,节约布袋使用,减少使用成本。
针对冶金污水成分复杂,对环境危害性大,需要投入大量的人力物力进行污水处理和冶金废气余热资源因没有合适的用户而被大量浪费的生产现状,本文提出了采用减压蒸馏法处理钢铁工业生产过程污水的污水预处理工艺,即利用钢铁企业低温废气所携带的显热在负压条件下对生产过程污水进行蒸馏,将低温废气温度降低到150℃左右,工艺所产蒸馏水回用于工序新水补水,浓缩后的污水排入污水处理中心进行后续处理,极大地解决了上述生产中实
根据减压蒸馏原理和钢铁企业废水余热共生特点,提出了利用钢铁企业低温废气余热对企业废水进行减压蒸馏的新方法。针对某钢铁企业连铸工序综合废水进行了减压蒸馏实验,并对实验数据进行了分析。实验结果证明,该方法处理后的废水可以满足钢铁企业回用水质要求。
本文介绍了焦炉烟道气脱硫消纳利用焦炉煤气脱硫废液和剩余氨水混合液的原理和实际应用效果,为低成本无害化资源化处置和利用含多种污染成分焦化废水提供了新的解决方案,也为利用闲置的原焦化废水处理系统处理和利用城市生活废水等其它废水创造了条件。
