环境暴露可以改变基因的表观遗传状态,如DNA甲基化的改变.基因的表观遗传学变化是链接环境因素与人体健康的一个重要纽带,可以反映人体受环境因素的影响,以及潜在的健康风险.为了系统了解环境因素的表观遗传学效应,我们建立了"环境DNA甲基化数据库"(Database of DNA Methylation Marker for Environmental Factors, DnaMe, http://dname.prebiomarker.info/)数据库基于文献挖掘与人工注释,目前已收集2012年至今所发表的科学文献,重点收录与特定环境因素相关的人类血液DNA甲基化变化信息.目前已收录超过100篇文献、2000多个基因的甲基化与环境因素的关联性.该数据库免费向学术界用户开放.
