量子点敏化太阳能电池是在染料敏化太阳能电池的基础上发展而来的新型太阳电池,由于无机半导体量子点的分子消光系数高、种类多且可以通过粒径的改变从而改变带隙宽度、特别是近年来发现的多重激子效应,使得量子点敏化太阳能电池的研究越来越受到关注.
