According to the composition,function and performance requirements of the Multi-layer Winding Wire Rope-Sheave Wear Test-bed,this article analysis on the Test-bed operating characteristics of the wire rope constant tension.There has put forward one electrical control system scheme that is putting Eddy Current Dynamometer as loading devices of load side reel,PLC as electrical system controller,Configuration software on the Industrial Personal Computer(IPC)as upper monitor platform.In order to keep the rope tension consistent with the given value in winding process,the Eddy Current Dynamometer Measurement and Control Instrument must instantaneously regulate the load in load reel,to adjust the winding system rope tension.
