随着人口老龄化进程的加剧,如何为老年人提供更好的社会支持,提高其生活质量成为社会各界关注的问题.目前中国的老年社会保障和社会支持网络正在逐步完善,但是因为经济发展水平存在地区差异,各地根据本地区的具体情况,制定了许多具体的老年优待制度,作为对现有社会福利和保障制度一种补充.
