观察充气式加温毯在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术快速康复过程中的应用.选择本院2017年1月～2017年6月行全身麻醉的颅内动脉瘤栓塞术患者120例,颅内动脉瘤分级Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级;ASA分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级.随机数字表法分为观察组60例(O组)和对照组60例(C组).所有患者入室前半小时调整室温于24～26℃,手术开始后调节于22～24℃,湿度控制在40％～60％维持直至手术结束.经鼻置入鼻咽体温探头检测体温.
