创业意向是个体与环境等各种因素相互作用的结果.鉴于目前研究生的创业意向较高，本研究从研究生的创业意向出发，探讨研究生的创业意向与创业自我效能感、感知的创业文化的关系.研究采用大学生创业意向问卷、创业自我效能感量表和感知的创业文化问卷，对清华大学深圳研究院的240 名研究生进行调查.结果显示：(1)研究生创业目标意向和执行意向的得分均在26 分左右，其中高创业意向的学生占17.9％，中等创业意向的学

创业意向是个体与环境等各种因素相互作用的结果.鉴于目前研究生的创业意向较高，本研究从研究生的创业意向出发，探讨研究生的创业意向与创业自我效能感、感知的创业文化的关系.研究采用大学生创业意向问卷、创业自我效能感量表和感知的创业文化问卷，对清华大学深圳研究院的240 名研究生进行调查.结果显示：(1)研究生创业目标意向和执行意向的得分均在26 分左右，其中高创业意向的学生占17.9％，中等创业意向的学生占65.4％，低创业意向的学生占16.7％；(2)不同创业意向组学生的创业自我效能感具有显著差异，高创业意向学生的创业自我效能感显著高于中等和低创业意向组；(3)创业自我效能感、感知的创业文化能够显著正向预测创业目标意向，但不能预测创业执行意向；感知的创业文化能够调节创业目标意向和创业自我效能感.
