本文通过不同热处理条件下WB36钢焊缝硬度、冲击韧性的试验与分析,研究了焊后热处理工艺对WB36钢焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明,该钢焊缝具有典型热处理强化特征,这种强化是因为在粒状贝氏体的边界上析出了细小的球形沉淀相而引起,综合考虑焊缝和HAZ区粗晶区性能,WB36钢热处理工艺应选择600℃×2h或更长恒温时间的工艺。
In this paper, through the test and analysis of the hardness and impact toughness of WB36 steel under different heat treatment conditions, the influence of post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of WB36 steel was studied. The results show that the weld has the typical heat treatment strengthening characteristics. This strengthening is caused by the precipitation of fine spherical precipitates on the boundary of the granular bainite. Considering the properties of the weld zone and the coarse grains in the HAZ zone, the WB36 steel Heat treatment process should choose 600 ℃ × 2h or longer thermostatic time of the process.
