首钢第二炼钢厂为改善氧枪使用效果,采用了新型组合式锻压五孔氧枪喷头,与原用铸造四孔喷头相比,化渣改善、喷溅小,喷头耐用性和抗变形能力大幅度提高,现枪龄平均达到830炉。本文论述了组合式喷头的机械结构特征、喷头气体力学参数及供氧操作条件,并介绍了该厂喷头使用寿命的实际状况。
In order to improve the effect of oxygen lance, the No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Shougang Group adopted a new combined forged five-hole lance nozzle. Compared with the original four-hole nozzle, the slag improvement, small splashing, nozzle durability and deformation resistance A substantial increase, the gun age is now an average of 830 furnaces. This paper discusses the mechanical characteristics of the composite nozzle, the nozzle gas mechanical parameters and oxygen operating conditions, and describes the actual status of the plant nozzle life.
