大数据对供应链运作职能的影响

为解决大数据浪潮下供应链协同管理发展问题,使企业在不断复杂的竞争环境中保持竞争优势,在面对客户响应时能够更加有效的运营,文章依托大数据分析重新定义供应链预测、采购、运营、库存、物流、营销等六种职能,对比分析了传统和大数据环境下的供应链职能的运作,从而强调了大数据的应用要着眼于分析而不是简单的收集,为企业建立大数据供应链提供了参考意见.
